Day 11! Pretty exciting stuff! Maybe you are already
Emerald, if you are I am SO proud of you that is AWESOME!! If I am not aware of
this you NEED to private message me! I want to celebrate with you! This is
EXCITING!!! Going Emerald fast is
something worth celebrating, you are doing amazing things with your business
and if you are already Emerald and watching this video that AWESOME!!!!
Today we are going to talk about how to go Emerald. Maybe
you already know and if you do that;s great but just to be safe I'll explain.
Emerald means you have signed up a coach on each leg. That's 2 people. It's a
rank that you achieve, and to be qualified you have to have at least 50
Personal Volume points. You should have that covered since you are already on
Shakeology Home Direct. What you need to do is to find 2 business partners. If
you have a spouse than it's a smart move
to sign them up under you as a business partner. I have personally seen the
benefits of doing this. If you have questions about that feel free to ask me or
your upline coach about it.
You have been talking to people for about a week and a half
now you should have some good convos and contacts. You know about the discount
coach option, and have been talking to people about the business so I know you
can find 1-2 people to be business partners with you in this journey. I know
you are capable of this. Ask those people have you ever thought of becoming a
Beachbody coach? You know how to talk to them so just do it.
When I finally committed to the business ( I may have drug
my feet in the beginning) I was able to go Emerald in a 2 week period. I know
many coaches who have done it in that time frame and even quicker than that.
It's a good way to build your business. That's going to be your focus for the
rest of this training. You are going to focus on going Emerald. Think as if it
has already happened. You ARE an Emerald coach!!
Maybe you don't hit Emerald by day 14. Are you a failure and
is this business not for you!? NO WAY!! Stand up, dust yourself off and keep
going. You can be an Emerald coach!!
So why am I working towards Emerald? Is it really worth all
the blood, sweat, and tears?! YES!! Beachbody gives you free customers when you
are Emerald. Yes FREE customers! When customers go to teambeachbody.com and say
they want a free coach they can be randomly assigned to you! Those people will
sometimes purchase product, after you reach out to them or just down the road.
Guess what!? You get the comission!! They might even become a coach!! And if
you hit Success Club and are an Emerald Coach you will get PAID customers. You
are elegible to get paid customers as an Emerald coach who hits success club.
You also get team cycle bonuses which are AMAZING! They can
be super confusing...not going to lie. I made my husband watch videos on it so
he could explain it to me. Strategy and I aren't necessarly compatable! Trust me when I say learning the ins and outs
of team cycles bonus is well worth your time!! Team cycle bonus is about 95% of
your income. So it's critical at this point to focus on building your team
which means adding coaches!
You have all the tools necssary through me, this team, this
training and your upline coach to build your team. We are here to help you
build your business and your team so this business can work for you.
If you are doing your daily to do list, if you are doing
your personal development, and leading your team by example they will follow
you and you will be a successful leader for your team. You will be able to
build your team if you do the basic steps given to you in this training.
Your homework for today is to learn about the team cycle
bonus for being an Emerald coach. There are a few different videos on this. I
have a file located on the Team Brave files tab. In there you will find a few
different videos that explain team cycle. I personally like the one by Jenelle
Sommers, I think it is explained the clearest in her video but I have posted
others just in case. Their is also a cycle bonus video in the online office in
the Coach Training Academy tab. Those are both great tools and resources in
helping explain what a cycle bonus is and how it can help you as a coach.
I fully believe you are here for a reason, you didn't join
this team by chance! This is day 11, you
are still doing this training which means you are committed to not only
changing your life but the lives of others as well. I think you are soo awesome!
Coaching is for you, this is what you are meant to do!! Keep your chin up, keep
going you got this!! I'm here to help as well as the other coaches on this
team, if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to ask! Your
upline is there to help you, all you have to do is ASK. I am so proud of you for showing up daily and
doing the trainings. That shows you are serious about this business!
