It's Day 9! Welcome!!
Today we are going to talk about building relationships!
Don't skip this training yet! I know you all know how to make friends and meet
people BUT when you become a coach you start to over analyze and worry about
evereything you say. It can be complicated.
I am here to tell you to knock it off! Stop stressing!! You
are just building relationships and making friends. You can do it.
You need to be meeting new people. I know we have talked
about this a few times but it's super important when it comes to coaching. You
have to do it every single day.
You also need to make sure that your goal and intentions are
focused on building relationships. If you are being salesly and pushing a
product chances are it's not going to work. You have to build relationships
with people.
You need to ask questions and listen! You need to hear
people and what they are saying. What kind of questions do you ask?
FORM with them. What's that? Talk about their family,
occupation, recreation, and then deliver your message. Let them talk, listen to
them, and really hear what they are saying.
You need to find out their wants and needs. Be listening for
these as you are asking them questions. They might have a health condition, be
overweight, or stuck in a dead end job be listening for those wants and needs.
ASK! What do I say!? Well you have been chatting with the
,you know their wants and needs, would this be a good fit for them? If it is...ASK! Have you ever thought about
becoming a Beachbody coach?! I think you would be really good at it
because.....OR I think it could benefit you because....
You have heard their needs...is this something that would
benefit them? Ask them!
So the next big question is...What kind of time frame are we
talking here?! Is this a day or a week?! Honestly it just varies from
conversation to conversation. Do not rush! Listen and use your best judgement
to guide this conversation.
I want you to start applying this conversation TODAY! Don't
wait til you have mastered it...you are only going to learn as you go!! Start
now! Start Today! That's your assignment for today!
